Today at DoorDash, we’re launching in our 50th city in Canada: Winnipeg! We’re so excited to continue to expand our Canadian footprint and plan to share our delicious offerings with a total of 100 Canadian cities by the end of 2019.
Starting today, DoorDash is available to all Winnipeg residents! We’ve added a total of more than 300 restaurants to our platform, including exclusive partnerships with local and national favorites including NuBurger, Underdogs, and King + Bannatyne. Winnipeg customers can only get their cravings for these spots fulfilled by DoorDash. Other favorite Canadian merchants including A&W, Boon Burger, Oh Donuts, Thida’s Thai, and Peasant Cookery will also be available for DoorDash users in Winnipeg to enjoy.
In celebration of our entry into Winnipeg, we’ll be launching a special “30 or $30” promotion* that will be live for our first 30 days of service in Winnipeg. When a DoorDash customer orders anything from stores featured in the new “30 or $30” carousel found in the app or on www.doordash.com, they will then have access to this new special promotion. If the customer’s food is not delivered within 30 minutes from placing their order, we will email a voucher for the value of the order, up to $30, within five business days. In addition to the “30 or $30” promotion, we’ll be offering $0 delivery fees on all orders over $10 for each customer’s respective first 30 days on the platform.
